Each hat is made to order, to fit your head size, and includes an adjustable feature. All of our felt hats are ethically made by hand in our studio by a process called hand blocking. The velour felt materials are immersed in steam before they are sculpted one by one on our antique wooden hat blocks.

Our felt hats are made of velour felt imported from Europe. The material content is 100% rabbit hair by-product.
